Malignant skin tumors were most common diagnosis. Ninety-two of patients (69 %) had an associated systemic medical problem. Lesion ecision and defect repair with local fleps (n:42) is the must common surgial procedure. Medical condition of the geriatric patients should taken into consideration independently from the surgical indications. The patients’ underlying medical condition often dictate what reconstructive options were appropiate.
